ATW 2010 Poster Instructions

Two full day poster sessions are planned. Posters will be on display for the entire day and presenters will be able to discuss their posters with conference delegates at a late afternoon / early evening poster social each day. The first poster session will be held on Monday, October 4. Posters assigned to this session can be put up any time starting Monday morning. They must be removed by 7:00 pm Monday. The second poster session will be held on Tuesday, October 5. Posters assigned to this session can be put up any time after 7:00 pm on Monday. They must be removed by 11:00 am on Wednesday. Please put your poster up on the assigned panel (each panel will be marked with the appropriate poster number as well as the title and authors, for easy identification).

Posters should be a maximum of 4 feet high by 8 feet wide. It is recommended that you bring business cards to hand out during poster sessions. Fabric poster boards and pins will be provided. Please provide your own Velcro tape, if required.
