Abstract Submission
for ATW 2010

You are invited to submit an abstract for an oral presentation or a poster for ATW 2010 by following this link: http://abstracts.atw.ca. Deadline for submission has been extended to August 13, 2010.

One of the first steps in submitting an abstract is to choose a session. A detailed listing of all the proposed sessions can be found in the session topic list. Moving your mouse cursor over the session title will display the session chairs and a detailed session description. If your preferred session does not appear in the session list, please choose the over-arching theme (indicated in green) as your session choice.

Abstract length is limited to 250 words. Images, tables, and graphics are not allowed to be submitted within your abstract. You may revise your abstract(s) up to August 13, 2010 (you will need the login to re-access your abstract).

All abstracts are reviewed by the scientific committee. All information reviewed is kept confidential and will not be disclosed or discussed with any individual outside the scope of the reviewing process. The scientific committee reserves the right to accept, re-assign, or reject abstracts, taking into account your preference. Authors will be notified via email if the status of their abstract(s) has changed. Acceptance notification will be sent by email by August 28, 2010. Any questions should be directed to your identified session chair / co-chair in these emails. If a session does not have an identified chair, contact Lynda McCarthy or Julie Schroeder, and please consider offering to be the chair.
