ATW 2009 Sponsorship
The Aquatic Toxicity Workshop (ATW) is a prominent Canadian annual scientific conference on aquatic and environmental toxicology. Each year, approximately 400 participants provide a forum to present and discuss numerous subjects related to aquatic sciences. The theme of the 2009 workshop is "From spring to sea: a world of connection". We believe that this sort of communication benefits all of society.
Sponsors are needed to assist with the costs of the annual conference. Scientists from industry, consultants, government, universities, colleges and the public formally exchange ideas and current knowledge, focussing on Canadian environmental concerns, method development and emerging issues. As such, sponsorship provides a promising opportunity for your organization to advertise both during the four-day event and on the ATW Website, which attracts a large audience. Conference sponsorship also provides an excellent chance to generate awareness of your organization and its activities and to network with a receptive and influential group of aquatic and environmental scientists from across Canada.
