The registration fees, short courses' fees and recreation and social activities' fees are provided below. GST and QST are extra, when applicable. ATW is very grateful to our sponsors whose contributions enable us to keep the registration fee below those of other scientific conferences.

Remarks:
- The prices listed on this page are in Canadian funds and do not include all applicable taxes;
- A "student" is considered to be a participant who (1) is currently enrolled in post-secondary studies in a related field or (2) completed their post-secondary studies in a related field between October 2008 and September 2009 and which is always looking for a job.
Cancellation policy:
- Until September 4th, 2009, registration fees can be reimboused in full;
- Between September 4th and September 14, 2009, registration fees can be reimbursed less a $25 administration fee;
- For cancellations received on or after September 14, 2009, there will be no reimbursement of registration fees;
- Transfer of participation to another individual is always possible before September 27th, 2009.
