ATW 2009 Recreation & Social Activities

You could register to one or several recreation and social activities during the register process. Pay attention: places are limited! Notice that activities will take place if sufficient number of persons will register to.

A visit of Baie St-Paul town

Sunday, September 27. Hotel's departure at 9:00 and return at 16:30.

Embark on a discovery of the "artists paradise", the Baie Saint-Paul town, located 50 km S-W from La Malbaie, with its famous art galleries, handicraft shops and restaurants. Plan a visit of "Habitat 07", an ecological house. It aims to inform and to create awareness among the population concerning alternative energies and sustainable development approaches.

Registration fee: $15.00/pers, for transportation.

Whales watching cruise

2. Sea kayaking on the St-Lawrence River.

For an afternoon, discover by kayaking on the St-Lawrence river, a beautiful land and majestic body of water. Starting from St Irénée beach.

Dinner at Restaurant Le Bootlegger

Monday, September 28. Hotel’s departure at 18:00 and return at 23:30.

Flavor trail choices

Wednesday, September 30. Hotel’s departure at 14:00 and return at 19:00.

Producers open their doors to visitors seeking to discover the secrets of farming and processing. At most farms, products can be sampled and purchased on site. La Ferme Basque de Charlevoix (St-Urbain), Laiterie Charlevoix (Baie St-Paul) and Les Jardins du Centre (Les Éboulements) will be visited during this afternoon. Click here for more information.
