ATW 2009 Poster Instructions

Two full day poster sessions are planned, on Monday, September 28th, and on Tuesday, September 29th. Posters will be on display for the entire day and presenters will be able to discuss their posters with conference delegates at breaks and during the poster session.

For Monday poster session:
- Put up your poster on Monday before 08:30;
- Take your poster down on Monday between 18:30 and 19:00.

For Tuesday poster session:
- Put up your poster on Tuesday before 08:00;
- Take your poster down on Tuesday between 18:30 and 19:00.

Posters should be a maximum of 4 feet high by 8 feet wide. The material for putting up the poster(s) will be provided (limited quantity). It is recommended that you bring business cards to hand out during poster sessions.

ATW 2009 Platform Instructions

You will be given a maximum of 20 minutes, including time for questions. It is strongly recommended that you aim to present for 15 minutes, with 5 minutes for questions. ATW session chairs will stick firmly to the time slots allotted so participants can take advantage of the various offerings at concurrent sessions.

Presenters will be required to submit their presentations in either Adobe or PowerPoint format on either CD or USB flash drive to the registration desk the day before their presentations. Platform presenters should identify themselves to the session co-chairs at least an hour before their session begins.
