Abstract Submission for ATW 2009

New deadline for abstract submission: July 31, 2009!

You are invited to submit an abstract for an oral presentation or a poster for ATW 2009 by following this link: http://abstracts.atw.ca. Deadline for submission is July 31, 2009.

One of the first steps in submitting an abstract is to choose a session. We could not include all the sessions in the roll-down menu. The detailed version of all the proposed sessions can be found in the session topic list. If your preferred session does not appear in the roll-down menu, please choose the over-arching theme (indicated in blue) where your preferred session is found.

Abstract length is limited to 250 words. Images, tables, and graphics are not allowed to be submitted within your abstract. You may revise your abstract(s) up to July 31, 2009 (you will need the login to re-access your abstract).

All abstracts are reviewed by the scientific committee. All information reviewed is kept confidential and will not be disclosed or discussed with any individual outside the scope of the reviewing process. The scientific committee reserve the right to accept, re-assign, or reject abstracts, taking into account your preference. Authors will be notified via email if the status of their abstract(s) has changed. Acceptance notification will be send by email on August 14, 2009. Any questions should be directed to your identified session chair / co-chair in these emails.
